Kathy will be discussing the various approaches, techniques and materials used in oil painting including…READ MORE…direct and indirect painting, how to apply glazes, scumbling, blending, sanding, toning canvases, mediums, and how to work with warm and cool colors and light and shadow.
Kathy will be teaching a weekly class at RAC this Fall titled “Painting in Oils or Acrylics.” This demo will be a great opportunity to meet the artist and get a feel for the way she works and teaches.
