SORRY! THIS WORKSHOP HAS BEEN CANCELLED.  CALL SUZY AT 203-866-2744 (x-2) if you’d like to see this workshop offered in the Spring.  Thanks!

In this workshop students learn how to easily make high quality original prints without a press, and with easy soap and water cleanup. Using acrylic paints and other water-based media, you will learn several methods of printmaking without a press, and learn how to combine these methods for unlimited potential. All methods can be used on lighter weight papers for use in collage or other paper arts, or on heavier printmaking paper as finished art prints. Lightweight fabrics can also be used. Experimenting and mixed media is encouraged! Demonstrations, slide presentation, and individual discussions will help each student to create work using their own aesthetic ideas.
