ROWAYTON ARTS CENTER PUTS THE SPOTLIGHT ON “BRUSHWORK”
Exhibiting members of the Rowayton Arts Center will feature their work created with traditional brush strokes in watercolors, acrylics and oils in RAC’s upcoming exhibit. Expect to see the full range of brush strokes from fast, loose and bold to sharp hyper – realism. You’ll also see floral arrangements—inspired by the art—from Licari Custom Floral Designs by JP of Norwalk and by Adam Manjuck of Flowers and Flowers in Darien.
“Brushwork” opens Sunday, August 7, with an opening reception from 4 to 6pm. The reception is free and open to the public. Visitors will have the chance to meet the artists and view (and perhaps purchase) their art. Refreshments are served.
