Two distinctive shows are running simultaneously at the Rowayton Arts Center. The main gallery is swirling with color and shapes with the “Abstraction” exhibition and the Portside Gallery presents artistic visions from printing plates in “Printmaking.”

You’re invited to enjoy our September exhibitions, “Abstraction” and “Printmaking,” opening on Sunday, September 6.  Join us for the delayed reception on Sunday, September 13, 4-6pm.  Winners will be announced at the reception.

The “Abstraction” exhibition features art in any media, on any theme. The “Printmaking” exhibition (Portside Gallery) highlights printmaking only, also on any theme.  Both exhibitions run from September 6 through September 27. Artwork is available for purchase.  “Abstraction” chairperson: Heidi Follin, co-chair: Linda Francis. For over 50 years, the Rowayton Arts Center has been a cultural gem in the community. It is an exceptional gallery where regional artists may exhibit and sell their art as well as a wonderful venue for art workshops and classes.
