Entry Procedures and Guidelines

Artist’s Eligibility: Open to members and non-members, all media

This is an online and in gallery show.

Please be sure to review the exhibition requirements to make sure your work complies with guidelines for acceptance at the Rowayton Arts Center. By submitting your work to the show, you agree to exhibition requirements and RAC Gallery Policies. No work may be submitted on the behalf of an artist without their permission, or on the behalf a deceased artist.

All Submissions must be done through EntryThingy. DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, September 13, 2024

After you hit the submit button, you will be directed to PayPal to pay the entry fee either by credit card or PayPal account.

Entry Fees:

RAC Members: $25 for 1 piece; $10 for each additional piece (up to 5); *Art Angels (Life Members- enter as Art Angels): $2 for 1 piece, $1 for each additional piece (up to 5).

Non-Members: $35 for 1 piece, $10 for each additional piece (up to 5).

*Fees cover EntryThingy Service Charge

How Many Works: Up to 5 works per artist

Cash Award: $250 Cash Award for Best in Show

Important Dates

Online Submission Dates: Monday, August 26 – Friday, September 13 at MIDNIGHT

Accepted Artists Notified: On or before September 20

Receiving:  Monday, October 7 (5-7pm) and Tuesday, October 8 (12-2pm)

Show dates: Tuesday, October 15 through November 9

Opening Reception: Sunday, October 20 (4-6pm) Please note date change!

Pick Up: Monday, November 11 (5-7pm) and Tuesday, November 12 (12-2pm)

Storage is extremely limited – please pick up on time. You will be charged a $10/day penalty for late pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS.
