Instructor: Emily Hirtle

Fee: $30 + $30 extra if you need supplies

Start your weekend with this Friday evening Paint and Sip where artist, Emily Hirtle, will lead you through a painting in the style of Stanley Beilen using Gouache as the medium.

If you’re unfamiliar with Gouache, you’ll learn of its opaque watercolor properties, and its ability to store and travel easily.  If you are familiar with Gouache, be prepared to learn more about the diverse range of paint applications this medium is capable of producing.  All students should expect  to leave this workshop with a new appreciation for the medium and a still life painting you’ll be proud to hang.

Note: this class will be taught online using Zoom.  Please download and become familiar with the app prior to the start of class.
