Prospectus: From the RAC Studio – Student/Teacher Show Exhibition
January 7 – January 27, 2024
ALL ARTISTS MUST USE THE FORM BELOW TO SUBMIT ENTRIES
Deadline to submit entry form is Monday, January 1, 2024
Artist Eligibility: Any person who participated in or taught a weekly class at RAC during 2023.
Number of pieces of artwork you may submit: Each artist is welcome to submit one piece of artwork for each teacher they took a classes with.
Artwork Eligibility: All entries must be original, created or inspired by the class you took in 2023, and never before exhibited at RAC. All artwork must be framed and wired for hanging. Maximum framed size is 40″x40″.

IMPORTANT DATES:
Deadline for online entries is Monday, January 1, 2024
Artwork Drop Off Dates: Tuesday, Jan 2 (12-6pm) and Wednesday, Jan 3 (12-6pm)
Opening Reception: Sunday, January 7 (4-6pm)
Artwork Pick up Dates: Monday, Jan 29 (5-7pm) and Tuesday, Jan 30 (12-2pm)
All work will be exhibited in our online gallery for the next year. Link to online gallery
Fees, Sales and Liability:
- Fees: All entry fees are waived for this exhibit.
- Sales: Artwork does not have to be for sale, but we urge to do so. RAC will collect a 30% commission on any work that sells.
Waiver for Pictures Taken/Used:
We document each RAC exhibition/show with photographs. Entry into an exhibition/show at the Rowayton Arts Center constitutes permission to photograph you and/or your artwork, and to use an image of your artwork in the RAC e-newsletter, web site, online exhibition site and other promotional materials for the exhibition/show. Contact the Education Director if this poses a challenge for you.
