For Meg, creating art has evolved across two mediums, oil painting and mixed media/collage. Using color and various textures to build up layers is part of the process with flora and fauna being an intricate part of the composition. Meg’s paintings are abstract expressionism of open spaces where untouched landscapes remain in an ever-changing environment. She creates these compositions using broad gestural brushstrokes of color and texture to add depth and curiosity is evident in both mediums.
