Miggs’s work is all about transitions, large and small, near and far, through time, space and emotions, that are part of our daily lives. From here to there and back again, lenticular imagery allows Miggs to explore each experience in a fresh and somewhat cinematic way. The images will only be as meaningful as the stories the viewer is willing to bring to them. Miggs explains, “What is art after all, if not a thoughtful deception composed of paint, pixels, clay or steel, conceived to tease the truth out of you and me.”
