Celebration of Life

Pat Atkin

Sunday, September 25

RAC hosted family and friends of Pat Atkin at a gathering to celebrate her life as organized by her nephew John Atkin (in bottom left photo third from the right with family and a portrait of Pat) along with her good friend Carole Claps. Speakers included John Atkin as well as RAC Executive Director Andrea Letters, Pam Heckel from the Darien Arts C, former student Bob Cygan and Walt Ansel, Director of Shipyard Operations at Mystic Seaport (seen in bottom right photo). RAC would also like to thank Pat’s friend Lori Anne Dunn who cleared out Pat’s studio to help us organize a sale of her pottery, which continues in the RAC gallery, with all profits going to RAC per Pat’s wishes.

Welcome to new RAC Exhibiting Member Erin Cordle!
