Winners of the Brushwork 2018 Exhibit were announced at the Rowayton Arts Center’s opening reception by Exhibition Chair Judith Orseck Katz (Westport) and Co-Chair Lilly Langostky (Rowayton).

Juror Elizabeth Hasegawa Agresta commented, “Winners were chosen in large part based on the quality of the brushwork. An excellent criterion, because it is within the brush strokes that one can see, in all clarity, the artist’s level of experience, as well as confidence in the moment.”
