Theme: This exhibition features artwork by RAC Exhibiting Members representing their best work of the year, with cash awards thanks to individuals and merchants in the area.
The exhibition chair may refuse any entry on the grounds of poor condition or oversized artwork.
Entry Procedures and Guidelines
Artist’s Eligibility: Exhibiting Members only
Please be sure to review the exhibition requirements to make sure your work complies with the guidelines for acceptance at the Rowayton Arts Center. By submitting your work to the show, you agree to exhibition requirements and RAC Gallery Policies.
How Many Works: Two works per artist
Fees: $25/1; $40/2; Fees waived for Art Angels
Remember there is a process to pay for entries online and upload your images prior to drop off.
DEADLINE IS MIDNIGHT ON FRIDAY, MAY 12. After you hit the submit button, you will be directed to PayPal to pay the entry fee either by credit card or PayPal account.

Receiving Dates: (Please note new hours for drop off) Monday, May 15 (5–7pm) and Tuesday, May 16 (12-2pm)
ARTWORK MUST BE DELIVERED DURING RECEIVING TIMES – COMMITTEE WILL NOT ACCEPT PIECES DELIVERED AFTER 2 pm Tuesday, May 16, no exceptions!
Opening Reception: Sunday, May 21 (4-6pm)
Show Runs May 21 through June 11
Pick Up: Monday, June 12 (5-7pm) and Tuesday, June 13 (12-2pm)
Storage is extremely limited – please pick up on time. You will be charged a $10/day penalty for late pick up.
