Entry Procedures and Guidelines
Artist’s Eligibility: Exhibiting Members only
Please be sure to review the exhibition requirements to make sure your work complies with the guidelines for acceptance at the Rowayton Arts Center. By submitting your work to the show, you agree to exhibition requirements and RAC Gallery Policies.
How Many Works: One work per artist
Fees: $25/1; Fees waived for Art Angels
Remember there is a process to pay for entries online and upload your images prior to drop off.
DEADLINE IS MIDNIGHT ON FRIDAY, August 4. After you hit the submit button, you will be directed to PayPal to pay the entry fee either by credit card or PayPal account.

Important Dates
Receiving Dates: Monday, August 7 (5–7pm) and Tuesday, August 8 (12-2pm)
ARTWORK MUST BE DELIVERED DURING RECEIVING TIMES – COMMITTEE WILL NOT ACCEPT PIECES DELIVERED AFTER 2 pm Tuesday, August 8, no exceptions!
Opening Reception: Sunday, August 13 (4-6pm)
Show Runs August 13 through September 3
Pick Up: Tuesday, September 5 (12-2pm) and Wednesday, September 6 (5-7pm)
Storage is extremely limited – please pick up on time. You will be charged a $10/day penalty for late pick up.
