Entry Procedures and Guidelines
Artist’s Eligibility: Open to members and non-members, all media
This is an online and in gallery show.
Please be sure to review the exhibition requirements to make sure your work complies with guidelines for acceptance at the Rowayton Arts Center. By submitting your work to the show, you agree to exhibition requirements and RAC Gallery Policies. No work may be submitted on the behalf of an artist without their permission, or on the behalf a deceased artist.
All Submissions must be done through EntryThingy. Click here for online entry – DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, MARCH 24, 2023 at MIDNIGHT!!! After you hit the submit button, you will be directed to PayPal to pay the entry fee either by credit card or PayPal account.
Entry Fees:
RAC Members: $25 for 1 piece; $10 for each additional piece (up to 5); *Art Angels (Life Members- enter as Art Angels): $2 for 1 piece, $1 for each additional piece (up to 5).
Non-Members: $35 for 1 piece, $10 for each additional piece (up to 5).
*Fees cover EntryThingy Service Charge
How Many Works: Up to 5 works per artist
Cash Award: $250 Cash Award for Best in Show
Important Dates
Online Submission Dates: Monday, March 6 – Friday, March 24 at MIDNIGHT
Accepted Artists Notified: On or before March 31
Receiving: Monday, April 17 (5 – 7pm) and Tuesday, April 18 (12 – 2pm)
Opening Reception: Sunday, April 23 (4 – 6pm)
Pick Up: Monday, May 15 (5 – 7pm) and Tuesday, May 16 (12 – 2pm)
Storage is extremely limited – please pick up on time. You will be charged a $10/day penalty for late pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS.
