As a pastel artist and painter, Ronnie creates art in an abstract expressionist style. After a successful career designing home decorative fabrics and owning a boutique converter company Home Accent Fabrics, she turned her creativity to painting. Initially drawn to pastel and free to express herself using bold, energetic abstract strokes of color, mark making and gestural lines, she builds her surface and compositions. Nature is often an inspiration for her work
Ronnie lives and paints in North Stamford, Connecticut. She is member of several pastel societies and actively involved in local art associations. Recently Ronnie achieved Signature Status from the Connecticut Pastel Society 2023 and achieved Associate Status of the Pastel Society of America 2023.
