Level: all

9:00 am - 12:30 pm

Instructor: Judith Orseck Katz

Fee: $75.00

In preparation for RAC’s annual “Paint Rowayton” show, Judith will teach participants the techniques and “tricks” she uses when painting en plein air with watercolors and gouache. The class will begin with a demo and chat on the back porch of RAC and then disperse around the property for participants to paint on their own with instruction and coaching from Judith.   RAC has plenty of easels, tables and chairs so no worries if you don’t have a Plein Air set up.   This workshop is geared toward all levels of watercolor artists and others who are curious about the medium.

Note:  receiving for the “Paint Rowayton” Art Show takes place on Friday, June 8 (11am-3pm).  All workshop participants are welcome to submit work to this show.  Click here for prospectus.
