Entry Procedures and Guidelines
Please be sure to review the exhibition requirements to make sure your work complies with the guidelines for acceptance at the Rowayton Arts Center. By submitting your work to the show, you agree to exhibition requirements and RAC Gallery Policies.
How many works: Up to 5 works per artist
Cash Award: $250 Cash Award for Best in Show
Important Dates
Online Submission Dates: Friday, February 18 – Friday, March 11
Accepted Artists Notified: On or before March 18
Receiving: Monday, April 11 (4 – 7pm) and Tuesday, April 12 (11 am – 2pm)
Opening Reception: Sunday, April 24 (4 – 6pm) ***delayed by one week for Easter
Pick Up: Monday, May 16 (4 – 7pm) and Tuesday, May 17 (11 am – 2pm)
Storage is extremely limited – please pick up on time. You will be charged a $10/day penalty for late pick up. NO EXCEPTIONS.
